The main challenges
1. Aligning stakeholders around a clear vision
I wired executives, technical teams, and key stakeholders around a shared product vision. Defined strategic priorities to ensure business, user, and technical needs were aligned.

I facilitated workshops to build consensus and streamline the decision-making process.

2. Leading in-depth qualitative research
I interviewed over 20 users from various industries and more than 10 sales representatives to ensure the new solution met real-world needs. 3. Building a user-centric adoption strategy
I designed a strategy that engaged user communities and ambassadors to drive adoption. Consider the diverse needs of thousands of users with deeply ingrained habits. Developed communication and training initiatives to ease the transition.

4. Defining AI’s role & relevant use Cases
I supported the exploration of AI's potential to enhance risk management efficiency.
We identified key AI-driven features, ensuring relevance to user needs and business goals.
Balanced automation with "user control" to maintain trust and usability.

5. Managing a smooth internal transition
I could navigate the challenge of modernising a legacy tool while respecting the company’s long-standing history. We've implemented change management strategies to facilitate adoption among internal teams. We could address concerns around new workflows, ensuring minimal disruption.

6. Enhancing Agile & efficient product development
I supported technical teams in adopting more Agile and iterative production methods.
I worked closely with designers and marketing teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
